"Apples and Oranges" by Ross Matheson
The original idea was a form of general social commentary about the differences between introverts and extroverts when reacting to the news of lockdown. This materialised into two little monsters; one is dealing with loneliness, the other is just trying to find some peace and quiet. "Now We're Stuffed" by Caz Armstrong
A short comedy thriller shot in isolation. Following the capture of their leader, the criminal toys seek revenge. It's the follow up to the short "Clawford" but I don't think it matters that much. "LOCKDOWN" by Laurie Corewyn
In an effort to lift the spirits of my friends and family, and admittedly myself, I decided to have their lockdown experiences be the basis of my documentary. This film is a somewhat comedic insight into their lives at the moment. I decided to keep a bright tone for my film as I find that focusing on the lighter things helps any of us get through difficult times such as this. In this short documentary I illustrate my way through the interviewees’ answers to questions varying from how they would survive in an apocalypse to what their lockdown memoir would be titled.
